The Briard, or Shepherd of Brie, is a dog of good size that originally developed the shepherd function. This race has its origins in France. One comments that it descends from taken Asian dogs to the region by the barbáricas invasions that attacked Europe during the Average Age.

Excellent dog like mascot. Very intelligent and magnificent guardian. Very good and tolerant with the children of the house, but the infantile abuses cannot be allowed. Although it is perhaps not adapted for the life in an apartment. It requires daily exercise. The hair needs maintenance. To the Briard also “Shepherd of Brie” is called to him. In English he knows himself him by “Briard” and “Berger de Brie”.
